Nine & having a FINE time! 💙🐾🎉

Momma promised me a birthday weekend all about me, and she delivered! Stops at my favorites, @tailsinthecity & @cosmicos.petbakery plus a little cruising through the farmers market. Treats, shopping, and being chauffeured around in my @stroleecarts wearing our @doggystyle_collective harness & leash set… a gentleman could get used to this. 😂👑

Of course, LondonBlu came along. Apparently “all about me” still includes my little sister. 🙄🤣💙

Thank you ALL for celebrating my 9th birthday with me! My heart is full, and Momma’s wallet is a little lighter. 🛍️🐾 #lexdressedtothe9s

Love and blessings,

Part of the club now. With two seniors in tow, we needed something that was easy to breakdown, light enough to carry in my car trunk, and big enough for them. Our first stroller from @stroleecarts 👏🏽👏🏽 so happy with it. Initial fit check - Rocky approves. #life #dogs #strollee

Have you ever been so deep into a flare that it all feels to unreal? Like a dream or a nightmare?

What It Feels Like
Brain 🧠 fog: Heavy confusion and trouble thinking clearly.

Unreal surroundings: Feeling like you are watching your life through a screen.

Extreme fatigue: A deep tiredness that sleep does not fix.

If you are going through this right now, tell me:
What kind of flare or condition are you dealing with?

Do you need help finding gentle ways to rest or track your symptoms?

𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆! 🥵☀️

When it’s this hot, the only plan is to get nakey with the exception of my @doggystyle_collective harness, stay hydrated, and roll in style @stroleecarts. 😎🐾

And before I cruise off, a huge Happy 10th Birthday to my fam for life, Leroy @leroy.jones_thefrenchie ! 🎉 We sure are aging like fine studs, pal! 💙#studmuffinturns10

Carrier training starts early here. I like to make the carrier a fun place before doing any traveling

Trapped in the stroller AND an un-escapable harness? The audacity.

Happy Tongue Out Tuesday! 👅 Throwing it back to this past weekend when we hit up the Taste of Randolph and soaked up all the summer vibes in the Chi. From strolling the streets in our @stroleecarts to people watching and enjoying the city we love in our @sparkpawsofficial sun blocking shirts & @doggystyle_collective harness sets, there’s nothing better than spending summer side by side.

Just me and you, taking on Chicago one adventure at a time. ☀️🐾

Come for a short walk with me as I check my mail with my @giantmicrobes plushie keychains/bag charms. I am a proud Giant Microbes ambassador partner!

I just want to let all my chronically ill baddies know that even when the pain flares are at the worst possible level, I believe in you. Keep going. This reel is personal to me as a trauma survivor and as someone who lives with severe chronic pain.

Thanks @dannielradclife for this audio. You probably will not see this but I think you are super cool.😎

In this video is my life savor mobility aid @stroleecarts stability cart. It doubles as a cart and walker. Lightweight and easy to use. I got it on sale in December.

Happy Tuesday, frens! 🌮🎉

Lex and I are running fashionably late today… because Lex got a job! 💼🐾 But we couldn’t miss the fiesta because we’re celebrating LB’s little brother Remi turning 3! 🎂🥳

Welcome to the club, little bro @havoc_of_madhatterland ! We hope your day is filled with treats, belly rubs, and all the fruity boozy fiesta vibes! 🍉🍍🌈

And while we’re celebrating, we have to send a big birthday smooch to our gorgeous girlfriend, Mozie Rose, on her 2nd birthday! 💕🌹 @just.frankie.elle We hope your day is just as fabulous as you are!

Happy Birthday, Remi and Mozie! 🎉🎈

We rolled up in our @stroleecarts wearing our @doggystyle_collective kicking of this week with a TOT to our @doggieglamsquad #doggieglamsquad and @bullysquads frens!😉

Happy Monday, frens! ☀️🐾

We wanted to share a little bit of our weekend with you! We hit not one, but two markets—one for yummy food and the other for beautiful art. Then we spent some quality time at the beach doing a little off leash training with Mom and Auntie Trish before wrapping up the day with a delicious bite at Pizza Capri. 🍕🌊🎨

By the end of it all, we were completely satisfied, totally spoiled, and absolutely exhausted (watch reel to the end for proof 😴😂).

We hope you all have a wonderful week ahead! And stay tuned… we’ve got some exciting news to share with you very soon. 👀✨
