The gym fam vibe is strong here! We are all here to be better than yesterday. To stop settling for less and put the energy into self respect and improvement. I love that I get to work alongside other trainers that care about what they do as much as I do. That are fun to be around, encouraging and fellow bad asses. This is an appreciation of my coworkers and clients! We make a one heck of a team. #gymmotivation #gymfam #personaltrainer #strengthtraining #bettereveryday

Delusional, yep. But it gets me places. Being around the energy of others pushing their limits has power. I need it from others at times, my tank gets empty too. That’s also a reason I am a trainer. I LOVE helping others discover what they’re capable of, it legitimately lights me up inside. Today, I was him hawing on trying unassisted pull-ups. I had been using VERY little assistance for a while….. I just needed the encouragement to quit being a scared little be-otch 😂 Turns out, I had it in me. I also have to say that I LOVE the gym I work at and the people I get to work alongside with. We’re a team. Period. Encouraging, pushing, troubleshooting. 🙌 Thanks for the encouragement today @strong.willed.training “I’m positive you got it” on those pull ups. @laportefitnessplus #pullups #gymmotivation #gymenergy #gymrat #fitmom
