COMMUNITY MATTERS! 💜🔥

I've been doing CHARGD UP on the Board for a few weeks, and yesterday I was running on EMPTY! 😩 After running 4 miles before class, I was feeling it!

Thank God Haz @strong_roots_llc joined me on the board and gave me that extra push when I wanted to stop! 🙌🏾

CHARGD UP w/@phillyweeden is bigger than fitness! It's about community, encouraging one another, and pushing past our physical and mental limits TOGETHER!

Sometimes even the motivator needs motivation! 💪🏾💜🔥

A perfect day leaves changing colors sky is blue and the right temperature! We figured why not go discovering a new hiking trail while the weather is still nice. I am also trying out new terrain challenging myself walking and building endurance! So I did my morning workout and I felt good so @britlitto_87 wanted to try this new trail were marked with varying difficulty it went from white the easiest then yellow, red and blue most difficult . We made it thru all but the yellow trail, now it’s time for me to get something to eat ice/elevate, because I know I will be feeling it tomorrow! I’m proud of myself……
