Come experience one full hour of learning the art of boxing and improving your athletic performance. FXM Boxing To Burn & Athletic Performance will give you improved mobility and agility along with one of the best caloric burns while learning self-defense techniques utilizing the world's oldest sport, boxing. Remember, We Are Stronger Together!

🧘 7:15pm - 8:15pm: Yoga & Mobility with @lululemon
This experience will consist of a 45-minute sweat that features yoga and mobility exercises, accessible for all skill and experience levels. The class will be led by 5 lululemon legacy ambassadors in Alyssa Owen, Bamn Ford, Lauren Reese, Rob Owens, and Ben Swafford. Our 2023-2024 Ambassadors will also join the fun, sweating, and stretching alongside our community.
