🎤 Dolly Parton 9-to-5 Karaoke: Friday from 6–8 PM at @nofocleveland. A night honoring Dolly Parton and singing her best hits!

🏕️ Family Camp Weekend: Friday through Sunday at @strongrockcamp. Enjoy campfires, waterfront activities, laser tag, disc golf, horseback riding, and more. All activities, meals, and lodging are included for a great family getaway! Visit their social media for more info!

🧘‍♀️ Full Moon Sound Bath: Saturday from 6:00–7:30 PM with @shimmernshineaura. Unwind under the light of the full moon as the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls help you relax, restore, and realign. (Reserve your spot online).

🎨 Hike & Plein Air Paint: Saturday from 8:30–11:30 AM with @theartisticbox. Take a scenic hike to Buck Shoals along the river and paint with watercolors outdoors! All supplies are included, and no experience is necessary. (Registration required; visit their social media for more info!)

Our middle and high school students came together for fellowship, fun, and lasting memories—and a chance to let their light shine! ✨ We’re so thankful for the ways God is igniting something special in our students this year. 🔥 Thank you to Strong Rock Christian Camp for making it all possible!

On July 23rd, I made the most defining decision of my life: choosing to give my heart and future to the Lord. Surrendering to Him brought a peace I had never known. On July 31st, I stepped into the waters of baptism to declare that old chapter closed, and that I have truly been made new again. Strong Rock Camp has been a life changing place and I am so eternally grateful for the friends and family I have made throughout the past 4 years. My counselors this summer have taught me so much about how to love like Jesus and to navigate the world through a strong christian mindset. Each lifeline we had was filled with so much joy pouring out of them and I am so thankful for the love they show everyone! Seeing God working through me and my friends is one of the most unforgettable experiences.
Every year camp reminds me that this world is temporary, but His love is eternal.
The Lord did some pretty amazing things these past two weeks!

Orbit is signing out for 2026 🪐🏕️🤸‍♂️
I’m so thankful that Jesus placed me at Strong Rock Camp as a camper so many years ago, and even more grateful that I had the opportunity to come back and serve on staff this summer. For the past 10 weeks, I got to live out what Jesus modeled so perfectly: serving others. It was such a privilege to love on kids, point them to Jesus, and be a small part of what God is doing in their lives. Being a camp counselor feels like it was built into who I am—Jesus, the outdoors, and glitter. Thank you, Strong Rock Camp, and every camper, counselor, and staff member who made this summer so unforgettable. I wouldn’t trade these memories for anything.

Some places don’t just become a destination—they become home. ❤️

Every year, leaving camp has always been hard. But this year… this year is different.

Knowing that this was our last summer calling Strong Rock Camp home is a reality that’s been hard to process. It’s the last time unpacking for a summer, the last time hearing the familiar sounds that make this place so special, and the last time walking these grounds as our home away from home. (And then literally for a few years our home)

Strong Rock Camp has given me more than I could have ever imagined. It gave me lifelong friendships that I’ll cherish forever. It gave me memories that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Most importantly, it gave me a greater appreciation for love along with meeting the man that I call my husband lol For that, I will always be grateful.

There is something so special about this place. The love that radiates through these grounds, the lives that are changed, and the people who pour their hearts into making it what it is—it’s something I’ll never forget.

Today marks a new season filled with growth, new opportunities, and hard work. But it’s also a tearful reminder that our camp journey is changing. While the chapter may be closing, the impact Strong Rock Camp has had on our lives never will.

Thank you for every laugh, every late night, every friendship, every lesson, every camper, and every memory. You’ll always have a piece of our hearts.

i’m so beyond thankful for the 10 years this place has given me all of the people and memories this place has brought in my life are just so amazing this is a second home to me thank you to all of the counsellors and people that make camp the great place that it is, camp has been such a huge impact on my life it’s such a big part of who i am today and i just pray for more years to come🤍 1 Corinthians 15:58
