JOKES because I’ve litteralllyyyyy been training so hard 😂

It’s peak week, so I’m trying to keep workouts feeling similar to race day. I’m EXCITED, but also so nervous as it gets closer. You can train and train and train, but replicating the race day feeling is hard. Travel takes a toll on the body, wonky sleep, adrenaline, nerves, it all affects how you perform. I can only hope I’ve done enough to see a PR happen despite those circumstances!!
