> From Hip Pain to Pain-Free Movement in 4 Sessions 🏃‍♀️✨
> When running leads to hip pain, treating the symptom isn’t enough—we have to fix the kinetic chain.
> How we did it in 4 sessions:
> 🔓 Hip Mobility: Restoring full, clean joint range of motion.
> 🛡️ Hip Stability: Rebuilding control to absorb impact.
> 🦶 Ankle Mobility: Unlocking dorsiflexion to relieve upstream stress.
> Pain-free running comes down to proper mechanics + targeted stability.
> 📩 Dealing with a lingering injury? DM me “REHAB” to book your movement assessment.

> *MEP = FUNCTION & SERVICES*

QA/QC STRUCTURE vs QA/QC MEP - Confused? 😵

Civil engineering professionals only understand concrete and steel.
MEP professionals only understand wire and pipe.

Asli difference yeh hai 👇

STRUCTURE QA/QC = Will the building remain standing or not?
✅ Strength, Stability, Durability

MEP QA/QC = How will the building function?
✅ Function, Services, Safety, Comfort

An engineer should have basic knowledge of both, only then he gets respect on the site!

Which side are you on? Structure or MEP? Comment 👇

Save it - you will be asked in the interview!
