This resonates with me so much, especially when it comes to cherishing friends. Creating consistent balance between educational/career goals and our relationships can be difficult. I’ve definitely fallen into workaholic mode more often than not and as a result felt that I was missing out on opportunities to genuinely connect with my friends and family; if it wasn’t time I didn’t have, it was energy(Burn out is real) It can be easy to feel like you aren’t doing enough when it comes to the betterment of ourselves and our futures through education & career because there is always going to be something new to learn, another project to finish and more money to make.

It’s hard to stay grounded in something that’s forever changing which is why it’s so important for us to nurture our relationships with each other. Our community is what helps keeps us grounded. Having people in your life that you can confide in, expand with and rely on in times of need will always be a benefit to your success & wellbeing.
.
.
Whether or not you reach your level of success now or 50 years from now, the right people will be there for you from start to finish. Find your community and cherish them✨

I think it can be easy to get lost in this life, this world. Everywhere you turn it seems to be someone who believes they are an expert on YOU. Telling you who you are, who you should be…what to think, what to feel, how to live.. and if you’re not careful it can become hard to see where societal conditioning ends and YOU begin. So may we all make sure to live with intention, honoring who we know we are and not who we’re told to be!

YEAA! What they said lol
We are DONE when it comes to struggle, pain, shame, depression, anger, fear, inferiority and anything else holding us hostage. Keeping us from living a life we love. And that’s not to say that you should expect to never feel or experience these things again, bc they’re a part of life no changing that, but knowing that you don’t have to allow them to BECOME your life is the take away☝🏽
.
.
Be DONE with enabling these hindrances by not addressing them or trying to figure out what’s triggering them… Letting them linger; maybe by not setting that boundary or having that conversation or just taking some time for yourself.
.
.
A lot of times we are the only ones standing in the way of our bliss.
Be DONE with that.
