concept to completion.

Over the last 8 weeks, our team has transformed a challenging brief into a fully operational padel clubhouse at Chigwell.

Designed, engineered, manufactured and delivered by Fat Leaf, the project was built using six prefabricated modules which were bolted together around structuralsteels, allowing us to complete the majority of the works in our workshop before a rapid on-site installation.

The result is a modern, high-quality space that provides a welcoming hub for players, spectators and staff.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this happen – our team, suppliers, subcontractors and the Padelstars team for trusting us with the project.

This is exactly why we believe in off-site manufacturing: better quality control, reduced risk, less disruption on site and faster delivery.

We're proud of what we've created together and excited about what's next.
