I chuck around the word legend a lot but Ricky is a true legend

It’s been a pleasure coaching him online for 8 weeks and the result speaks for itself

Not Just ripped!! Tons more energy and focus for his family and work

It’s tough to fit in looking after your health and fitness

Running a successful business, having quality time wit your partner and having time to spend with your 2 kids but Ricky smashes it out the park

Here’s what he had to say

“It’s tough getting a healthy family and working life balance but I feel it makes me more efficient at work which that ultimately means I can have better time with my kids and family. I fit it all in because my family and business are my passion. These drive me to try and be the best version of myself.

Some weeks go much better than others, we can’t always predict how each week is going to pan out. But I feel if I start the week on the right foot, then if my plans change later in the week, it doesn’t worry me as much

Having the Elevate team coach me has led me to be more focused on key areas.

The biggest one for me was focusing more on what I was eating.

An important factor for me was at the weekend being able to enjoy the foods and drinks I want to without stressing. The lads taught me that this is all achievable as long as I put the hard work in during the week. Which is how I have done the last 8 weeks

I got told the following quote years ago, and it is something I try to stick to

A busy person will always have time. Someone who thinks they are busy will never have time

So, with that in mind, even on the toughest of days, I still have to try and make time.
It ain’t easy, but if you can do it on those hard days, the other days will be easier

CAMP BESTIVAL @campbestival
It was an absolute privilege to have the call to hit up Camp Bestival and Shuck Oysters for one of their headliners.
I was treated so well by all of the Crews and Management behind the scenes that make these Festivals run so seamlessly.
I had an absolute blast, meeting so many beautiful people, sharing the #SaltyLove, Shucking Oysters for virgins and those that are “slightly” more mature!
Huge thanks to Henry’s Beard Crew, Johnny, Viv. Nathan you legend, Luana & Chantelle you two are a wonderful. Susanne until next time you need me Shucking for your artists, especially ShukaLovesYou and The Cuban Brothers 🧡

Ricky from Chris Stubbs Electrical rightly enjoying a few drinks and his handy work last week. Ricky, Chris and the team worked tirelessly from day one right up until the end, they even helped sweep up and clean before the first customers came in. A complete class act of a company that paid so much attention and care to the entire project. Huge hats off to them. We couldn’t have wished for a better bunch. .

Our latest project @risecafebar opened last night after an adrenaline fuelled 48hours to hit the deadline. A great night was had by all and an enormous thanks to all the talented trades that put so much care and attention into this project. It’s such a special place to be and a great project to look back on and continue to develop.
We’re diving straight back in next week as we start one of the most exciting projects that’s ever come across our 👀s! 🌊 🌊 🌊

Here is a kitchen we finished this week, here are some of the jobs we did: Took down wall, installed steel beam, plastering, plumbing, kitchen fitting, tiling, flooring and boxing in. Electrical work carried out by Chris Stubbs and Son. As you can see from the last picture, another very happy client. All signed off and ready to use. #wellmans_building #kitchen #diner #oak #complete #carpentry #building #welcome #breakfastbar #stools #bespoke #anotherjobwelldone #happy #giftcard #johnlewis #house #home #finished
