Our first August’s #MeetingOfTheMinds was full of laughs, testimonials, and, most importantly, applicable information 🙌🏾

Thank you Dr. Uche for your time, how you explained these profound body concepts so simply, and your passion! 🙏🏾

You can catch him in person on 8/28 at @bowiestateuniversity ‘s Celebrity Alumni Softball game 🥎

In the meantime, we covered soooo many topics, including:

💪🏾Difference between weight loss at 40 vs. 20-30s
💪🏾 His journey into being a full-time entrepreneur
💪🏾 GLP-1 and diabetes
💪🏾 His services and some NEW offerings on his NEW website ( @dr.uche_health )
💪🏾 Importance of belief and mindset
💪🏾 Smart carb timing
💪🏾 And much, MUCH MORE!

Catch the replay to mine for the gems 💎

Wishing you well, Fam!

Let it cook!!!! A Quick Overview

Maybe im just hungry while writing,
But that trip was marinated, well seasoned, and lots of flavor.
It sat on me like the day after Thanksgiving; still elated with a full stomach and recharged from the Fam.

Thanks to @passportheavy, @jubril8 and @nathwild for putting that trip together and bringing all these amazing souls out to Croatia and having me capture the moments. And big thanks to Captain D @admiral_aquamarin_split and his family for taking such great care of us and having us aboard. And @korculabuggyofficial for the ride around the island and the hospitality and food.

Just vibes, peace, beautiful people and forward motion.

Ever have someone try to pronounce your name and you stop them mid-pause because you see their brain overloading… yeahh… story-time.

Surrounded by Beauty.

And I’m talking about the energy all week. The squad was on it, and we bonded so well, that this journey was for the books. What a group to spend a week with on the sea. I’d do it again with this squad in a heartbeat.
@passportheavy are the masters at curating dope people together that wanna travel and see and experience something new. Thanks for having me out there on this past journey.
