Pockets of play in a fast’n’feisty Fire Horse year 🔥

The intensity has been REAL, but I don’t think I’ve ever felt more playful and full of charge. Making intentional choices over and over, to find the things that make me feel most alive, harness the joy, pulse with the deliciousness of life and enjoy that wild freaky current babyyyy 🌊

Giddy up up up 🪭✨🪩

Stallholder Spotlight @studio.claudiarose 🎨✨

Meet Claudia, the artist behind Claudia Rose Studio.

Claudia’s journey into art started a few years ago when she picked up a paintbrush to create a birthday present for her partner and she hasn’t stopped painting since.

What began as a gift quickly became something much more. For Claudia, painting is a way to express what words sometimes can’t, explore her creativity and find a little more of herself along the way.

Every piece comes from a personal place, and the support she receives through her art allows her to keep creating and doing what she loves.

Discover Claudia and her beautiful work at our markets this weekend!

Normalising healing hands 🙌🏽 like how did we even ever forget how incredibly powerful we all are? 😆✨

When I asked God to find my community - you better believed he delivered! What a gift this last weekend was with the most incredible + powerful group of very, very cool men + women being initiated with Usui Reiki Holy Fire underneath this months full moon 🌕

I honestly believe all who come to share this magic with me are destined for so much greatness + I’m beyond honoured to be apart of each of your journeys like.. honestly 🫶🏽💔💔 this is just the baseline of your next chapter and you’re all going exciting places 🥹

You have Powerful hands, courageous hearts. Fire in your belly’s and an unapologetic grit.

Adore 🥰 Lizz xxx

Come with me to Olive Tree Market!! 🌿☀️ (all businesses are tagged!) 🫶🏻

What a beautiful winter morning this was. Cool and sunny and the whole place was buzzing with people who came out to support local makers! It felt so good to be there soaking it all in.

There is so much to discover here. Handmade ceramics and mugs from local potters, dried floral arrangements that stop you in your tracks, dainty handmade jewellery, beautiful art prints, candles that smelled so good I lingered way longer than I should have at that stall, and so many handmade trinkets and little finds tucked into every corner. There was also a free kids card painting booth by a local artist, which my little one was absolutely thrilled about.

The food side of things was just as good! We started with a fresh lemonade and a cinnamon scroll because why not, and wandered around taking in all the local food businesses set up and doing their thing. Getting to support these passionate small business owners is one of my favourite things about coming to markets like this.

And while you’re strolling or laying on a picnic blanket, there is live music playing throughout that just makes everything feel complete.

Olive Tree Market is such a good one and if you have not been yet, keep an eye on their market dates (via their IG!) because you will want to make a morning of it. 🛍️🎶

We recently worked with @shopspur______ to literally help spill the beans about their new ‘Giddy Up’ coffee beans.

Naturally a showdown starring a couple of cowgirls is the only way to do that.

Thank you @spur______ for having us and the team that made it happen - go and try these yummy beans 🩷
