A few moments from our Harvest Moon Flow 🌕🍂 It was such an honor to guide these beautiful women through an evening of intentional movement, reflective journaling, and quiet connection. We closed with warm, seasonal herbal teas, and welcoming the abundance of the season. 🤎

As I said this morning… My classes are for those of us who dreaded having to climb the rope in gym. When I tell you coach Carlos from los Rios elementary school would not believe in 1 million years that this is what I do… So if you’re tired of fighting against your body, feeling disconnected or just really need to shake your ass… I’m your girl.. and my girl I mean you’re 14 year-old woman in her 50s… 🪬 Come see me @studio108.sa 🪬 Get on my email list (in bio) 🪬 Message or email for bookings and private sessions #wellnesswitch #weirdnesswhisperer #regulatedrenegade #satxyoga #midlifemagic

✨ 1:1 Wellness Sessions Come back to yourself. Feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by your own damn brain, or simply ready for something to shift? These 1:1 sessions are a personalized space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what you actually need—without another list of things you should be doing. Together, we’ll draw from movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, energy work, and ritual to create a practice that supports your body, your nervous system, and your real life. No perfection. No performance. No Have Tos. Just a little more space to breathe, move, listen, play, and remember who the hell you are. What does that even look like? Let's talk about what you need and see if we vibe! https://tr.ee/iDUdcURpJa #wellnesswitch #regulatedrenegade #satxyoga
