Happy Release!!!
This Is Not Fun & It’s Always Winter (Until It Is Not) are officially yours now and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this excited about a release.
I could say so much about how writing these songs has helped me, but for now I just hope they bring you some comfort.
I’m so, so grateful for everyone who‘s listening and hopefully making these songs their own now. 🧡

I also want to say thank you to my little village:

@thomasboeck_ for production & mixing, the ideas, the love & dedication, the best studio coffee in town, the laughs, and our friendship!
I will forever love making music with you!!

@joschi.rgp for playing incredible drums & being one of the kindest souls I know!! I imagine us playing in bands together ‘til our old backs can’t carry the drumset anymore.

my insanely talented friends @alinamariannne @mariellezaiser and @haydenarpmusic for being super spontaneous & singing with me!!

@scheeraudiomastering for the amazing master!
@inkmusic for being the best team I could wish for!!
@studio___low for the beautiful cover picture!!

Hello, helloooo, long time no see (except for me quietly lurking and reposting things 👀)
I’ve been gathering my strength and spending all my time in the studio writing new music, challenging my last brain cell (singular!), chasing deadlines and squeezing in a few live shows in between.

There are lots of things to tell you, but I’ll start with the most exciting one (actually two):

✨ I’M RELEASING TWO NEW SONGS (they call it a double single) ON FEBRUARY 27th ✨
(my lucky number)!!!

THIS IS NOT FUN & IT’S ALWAYS WINTER (UNTIL IT IS NOT)
are two of my favorite songs I’ve ever written and the beginning of a bigger picture (more on that soon).

I truly cannot wait to share this new chapter with you.
Thank you for sticking around. I’m beyond excited (and nervous af) for what’s to come. 🧡

Sending all the love,
Filiah
