I don’t take it for granted that I get to come to work in this space. The light in this studio does something to me - I love it. Grateful for this little corner of the world ✨ DM if you want a slice of this 🍕 we’re open to artists, creators, podcasters, photographers, videographers 🫶🏻

BTS of my latest fibre art “Modern Heritage — Legacy in Reflection” I took a long pause, and return to making, slowly and fully, after nine months with my little bee. There’s something tender about coming back to the hands, to texture, to form and myself. Honestly I was rather nervous coming back to making art earlier this year because it has been too long and I missed it. Now in a new space @studio__hunter, it sets my mind back to work. This marks my first sculptural mirror, created with @atelier.vanda —where yarn meets metal, and softness meets wooden structure. Every curve of the mirror holds a quiet rhythm of craft and material, woven with intention, naturally soften a space. Chosen for its feng shui symbolism of clarity, expansion, and the gentle circulation of energy, the mirror draws light inward—softening the technical, warming the @nexen.electric showroom. A reflection, not just of self, but of a season I’m stepping back into. 🪞

A stylist’s visual diary, this time featuring @selenightco Their booth was designed to make an impression, the kind that lingers. Think of it as a Christmas postcard moment in New York: a cosy December trip to the post office, sending love-filled greetings and hoping they make it home before Christmas. That warm, homey magic? We bottled it up and brought it right here. They are also having a pop up over at Takashimaya that runs till Dec so head over to get your comfy PJs and take some photos with the cutest post office backdrop 💌 (Tag us if you do! Would love to see you guys working it) Designed, styled and built by @dear.philly @hunterandmatch 📷 @meganengg

A stylist’s visual diary. We’ve been helping brands build their pop-up stores at Boutiques Fair since 2017, before the pandemic, before the community grew into what it is today. Over the years, we’ve watched the rules shift, the trends evolve, and the wind blow in completely different directions. And through it all, we grew too, with the people, the brands, and the stories they carried. As an artist, there’s nothing quite like watching a brand come alive in physical form. As a business owner, the journey has been a steep (and humbling) learning curve. Every year teaches us something new. This year, we had the privilege of building and creating for three wonderful brands. I wish I could show you every detail of the hard work our team and our clients’ teams poured into these three days but trust me, the behind-the-scenes is far too technical (and honestly, a little boring) for Instagram. So here’s a small glimpse into our visual diary for @boutiquefairssg, the heart, the craft, and the people who make moments like these possible. Brand and Design Studio @hunterandmatch Thank you @_katelow_ @chetna_bhatt @jamiekung for trusting us ♥️ V v special mention because they have literally watched me crumble and then lifted me up this season @tngying @rorapinzmt @triciaxchia @aliciackirwan @cherylhan @charmyeong

Not an Oreo ad (although will not say no if someone wants to sponsor some 🤣) I didn’t really do maternity shots when I was pregnant with J, I was too far along and quite swollen so I got some self timer portraits done on my own. Thanks Jo for capturing the essence of a crazy 2024 and all things unexpected in a chaotic, wonderful way. Thank you thank you @juan.moley for making me do this, this time around, and also going along with my crazy ideas - “do you think the storeroom can be aesthetic ah?” “how about McDonald’s in the bathtub?” I also enjoyed being in front of the cam (a very rare occurrence) instead of behind it. And for these amazing photos I just had to share 🙏🏻❤️🔥💯😘
