Today was a reset day, and it was a success!

Thanks to @vitadailymedia I was able to try out @studio__sette for the 90 minutes RESET (lymphatic drainage using our signature Icoone® technology) plus 10 minutes of vibration plate and 30 minutes of sauna with infra red. My session was with Rayna, and I was feeling super relaxed after the session.

I got myself haskap berry sorbet on waffle cone from @rainorshineyvr

Also the seafood salad from @oceangoose_kitsilano - surprisingly super impressed and would definitely bring others to have dinner here to share this salad!

I hope you like pink… because I may have gotten a little carried away😼

Had to share a few little moments from The Vanity Lab’s summer soirée that I just threw. Vases filled with hydrangeas, cocktails that went down like water, shucked-to-order oysters, wonderful canapés and more than 100 fabulous people gathered together on a glorious summer evening. I mean, what could be better?

I shared all the details on Substack, from how I planned the party to the fabulous local people who helped me bring it all together.

Head to the link in my bio or today’s stories to read A Very Local Affair. Kisses💋💋

UNBX 🍁

the fall Jilly Box is inspired by the serene beauty of the west coast, with everything thoughtfully chosen to nurture your soul and invite deep moments of relaxation. now i may be an east coast girl, but i can certainly get on board with that!

first up, the not your boyfriend’s half-zip sweatshirt from Brunette the Label. a comfy sweatshirt is a fall essential, and this one is made from ultra-soft french cotton terry. i will be wearing one this non-stop.

the heart of stone studs from Wild Abandon are gorgeous. both mother of pearl and labradorite were featured in the fall box, and i received labradorite. i liked these earrings so much that i checked out what else Wild Abandon had to offer and placed an order. a little early holiday shopping and a few treats for me too!

next time i want a spa day at home, i can grab the sette soak from Studio Sette. it’s an epsom salt soak blended with organic essential oils like lavender, sweet birch, clary sage, fir needle, cedarwood, and geranium, which sounds incredibly relaxing.

and of course i’m excited to try the super serum from Sonsie Skin. it’s formulated with 4% niacinamide and 2% mountain pepper extract to visibly soothe redness. fun fact, Sonsie Skin is co-owned by Pamela Anderson.

everything in the fall jilly box…

Your tub is about to feel like a retreat 🛁✨

Say hello to this dreamy bath soak from @studio__sette, featured in the Fall 2026 Jilly Box! Crafted with exceptionally pure Epsom salt from an ancient European deposit, it’s blended with organic essential oils like lavender, sweet birch, clary sage, fir needle, cedarwood, and geranium.

It works gently to support your lymphatic system and draw out impurities while completely calming your mind, turning an everyday bath into the ultimate restorative ritual. Dim the lights, sink in, and let the soak do the rest.

Thank you again to @breannalaubachh and @studio__sette for working on this body to give it the cleanse it needed. Can’t wait to try the different services to make this a part of my self-care routine!
