Hier sieht es noch ruhig und aufgeräumt aus. Der Schein trügt, heute muss ich leider mein Atelier räumen, aus verschiedenen Gründen hat es dort leider nicht geklappt. Was Neues gibt es momentan nicht und so verteile ich die Dinge im Arbeitszimmer und im Keller. Mixed feelings.
Aber wo eine Türe… da eine andere.

Ansonsten liegt hier ein sehr langes, aber schmales Paket, das eine Vorhangschiene beinhaltet, die auf zauberhafte Weise hoffentlich später an der Decke hängen wird. Dann können wir uns endlich um die Vorhänge kümmern, der Stoff liegt hier schon paar Monate…

Apropos: Hat jemand eine Empfehlung, wo wir die Vorhänge nähen lassen können oder kann das? Ich würde auch helfen, hab aber keine Ahnung vom Nähen.

PS: Der blaue Stuhl auf Bild 9 ist übrigens noch zu verkaufen. Bold desire anyone?

Happy birthday to our design collective MATTER of COURSE

Founded 5 years ago to empower female designers from Berlin- all 11 designers and founding members are still part of the collective today. It is important to understand that we all have our individual and independent studios, but that we like to come together, share and discuss our work and enjoy showing new work together - like at @berlindesignweek this year.

Since I spent some days in always adorable Berlin last week I thought I might just as well create some permanent content.

Went there for @currents.berlin and also a little bit of Berlin Art Week, notably Maurizio Cattelan at Neue Nationalgalerie and his horrible cute or whatever mini Hit*er, which/who really does spark the contrary of joy in Berlin - and now, especially.

Angela M. with her porcelain cup however, always 🫶 (even though my friend Anne told me to not exaggerate when raving about ol' Angie).
