10 years ago I skipped prom to see @houndmouth. Today, their album Lordy was released into the world which I had the honor of leading creative direction on.

I’m so proud of and have so much love for @maltshakemyers and the full HM crew. These guys have quickly turned into family, and to play a small piece of their story… well let’s just say 18 year old me couldn’t have imagined it.

We shot all of it at home in Montana, and to have this release timed out in the middle of two @pinecreeklodge shows is nothing short of a miracle.

Give Lordy a listen today.

It’s official; my first photo book “Memories of a Street Cat” has officially sold out! I couldn’t be more grateful to be supported by a community like this. Taking this on was such a huge financial & creative risk, likely the biggest of my journey thus far~
One major thank you to everyone who came to the show & to everyone to snagged a book 🙂‍↔️😭🙏❤️‍🔥💐 I’m almost at a loss for words ☀️

People keep asking me what’s next? And I have some things brewing (I think 😂😂)

Hi, this is me talking to you about my photo book, some thoughts, sharing perspective~
The release is March 25th, and it’s a free show to attend at Cactus Club with performances from Living Room, El Sebas, Known Moons, Garden Home, & Klassik, whom of which are all dear friends of mine 🙂‍↔️❤️‍🔥☀️

I want to say thank you to everyone who’s preordered, and thank you to everyone who’s sharing and expressed interest in the show; means the world to me🙂‍↔️❤️‍🔥

PS sorry this was long, but I couldn’t fit it into 30 seconds ;)

2 years ago, I quit my job and dove headfirst into all things @daybreak_mag and @studio_daybreak

2 years have felt like 5 years. I was honestly shocked when I looked back at the calendar and saw that only two years had passed. Everything feels different these days. My world, my people, my person, have all grown, shifted, and flowed in so many different and beautiful ways. To have the privilege of sitting where I am now, compared to where I was two years ago, wandering terrified and excited, is not lost on me for a second.

Over the past two years, I’ve found a home in Montana, worked with and been welcomed into the families of so many of my favorite bands and brands, and spent far more time in London than I ever would’ve expected.

I had the opportunity to shoot and design a record for one of my best friends and favorite records, and in the past couple of weeks alone, I’ve designed and crafted album covers and rollout media for a handful of others. Today, one of those favorites is flying out to me to knock out all the rollout media.

In 2 days, 2,000 lbs+ of magazines will be delivered as DAYBREAK V.8 is released into the world. I’m honored that people take the time to read what I have to say, or even just reserve some space on their coffee table for a magazine that soaks up every moment of my life that frees up. I’m honored that so many creatives that I admire take the time to be a part of something that started five years ago as a fun side project when I was lost in the architecture world.

This is a wild life, and a scary, demoralizing world, but this morning, before the chaos of this week that I’m lucky to take head on smacks me, I’m a bit teary-eyed to think about how much has changed and how much I’ve grown in two years.

Big love to all the people who’ve been in my court over the years, and who trust me with the reins of projects that are near and dear to your hearts.

DAYBREAK V.8 releases on March 11th and is now available for pre-order. We’ve reintroduced and updated the DAYBREAK subscription model as well, and I’ll be sure to send a massive hug to anyone who subscribes and helps support an independent magazine that’s still chugging along.
