Here’s single-arm exercises I recently taught in my class 💪🏽💪🏽
It’s not specifically designed for pregnant women—I teach it in my regular classes so it’s such a great challenge😙

That said, even I—who’s in my second trimester—found it really enjoyable to do, so it’s a stable, pregnancy-friendly position that anyone can try.

Starting in the second trimester, when direct abdominal exercises become more difficult🥲 I focus on strengthening my upper body while keeping my core engaged—that way, I can still work my abs indirectly!

My friends told me yesterday that I have BBE (BIG ‘BLIQUE ENERGY 🤣)…. Aside from the 5011 things that I do, fitness, specifically Pilates has been a huge part of my life for the past 10 years. Here’s a little bit of Monday motivation for y’all to get those abs in before summer starts. People always ask me how I get my core so strong and ripped, and literally it is just being in class doing this type of shit with really GOOD teachers like @krissygood. ♥️ #pilatesbody #pilatesmom #pilatesmotivation

Today’s class was fire 🔥
We hit a combo with face-back lunges and a challenging plank variation using the Pilates ball — and yes… everyone was screaming (in the best way)! 😅

Some of the moves we did:
🖤Face-back lunge: front foot on carriage, back foot on platform, holding the ball — arms up as we lunge down, arms down as we rise
🖤Face-back single knee tuck: hold the ball, push forward, bring back to chest — keeping the front knee isolated
🖤Hold a lunge and fold over with the ball — feel that burn!
🧸”Bear” variation: hands on carriage, toes on platform, ball held between elbow & quad, one foot on platform — almost had us all screaming 😆🫨

Thank you all for coming to my class🥹 and you survived😘👏🏽
