✨ i think all sound healers should understand music. and if you don’t…you should probably learn…from me😘
✨ i wasn’t convinced i could make a living doing sound healing. so i proved myself wrong and now i want to prove you wrong, too 💫
✨ i came to nashville from nyc to make a record with my now husband in 2015. we fell in love in the studio and that’s how i ended up living here 🥰
✨ i started singing on stages when i was 6 years old with my dad. my first solo song was “Still the One” by Shania Twain 🥹
✨ i played and sang in a synth-pop band called Blip Blip Bleep for years in brooklyn.
✨ i believe your crystal bowls MUST be in tune. and if they’re not, you may be creating an experience that feels very different than the one you intended 🥶
✨ i fully believe there is room for ALL of us sound healers. the market for this work is enormous, and i don’t believe your success has to come at the expense of someone else’s 🏅🏅🏅
✨ i believe education is one of the most important ways we create legitimacy, standards, and longevity in this field.
✨ i’m a cat mom to Echo and Aura 🐈‍⬛🐈

One of the things I didn’t plan for when I created the Sound Healers Society was the way everyone would start supporting each other outside of the group IRL💫

Members refer clients to each other, show up for each other’s events, and connect people with practitioners in their cities. These ^^ SHS babes even supported me with sounds at my Chrysler Hall event this year 🥹🫶🏻

We recently created an SHS Member Directory with everyone’s location, other healing modalities/practices, and business info to make those connections and referrals even easier 🪄✨

It’s become so much more than a membership - It’s a network of sound healers who are *actually* rooting for each other 🎉

It’s been one week since Chrysler Hall and I’ve been a little quiet over here while I’m still processing it all back in Nashville 🧘‍♀️

Big moments are like that I guess. You spend months (or years) building toward something, adrenaline carries you through, and then suddenly it’s over…and then the crash comes 🙃

But I wanted to share a few more of my favorite shots from @studio_sigil while I’m still in the feels!

I keep finding myself saying I’m “grateful,” which is true…but also feels like such an inadequate word for what I’m actually feeling!!

I’m not sure there’s language big enough to capture what this night meant to me, or how much appreciation I have for every person who made it possible. 🥹🫶🏻
