After hundreds of hours, I can officially say that I’ve completed my Comprehensive Reformer + Mat Pilates Instructor Certification through Club Pilates. ✨

This journey has taken so much time, dedication, and hard work, and I truly couldn’t have done it without the incredible people who supported me along the way. From every studio that welcomed me with open arms to every instructor, mentor, and client who encouraged me—I am so grateful. It really does take a village. 🤍

This experience has challenged me, inspired me, and deepened my love for movement in ways I never expected. Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next. 🫶

Some classes just feel extra special💙
Every woman that showed up to my barre class at @studioblusd this morning gave it their ALL. The support and positive energy was felt throughout the entire class, but the expressions of gratitude after are something I’ll carry with me beyond the studio - encouragement, strength, and genuine appreciation for all of us coming together.

Today is a gift. When we choose gratitude, life has a way of feeling incredibly abundant. ✨
I’m so thankful for this community of strong, supportive women who continue to inspire me every single day🙏

Who thinks we should plan our next girls trip? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Happy birthday to my beautiful, kind, witty, and adventurous friend @lily_steffen. You light up every room you walk into and make everything more fun just by being you.

Thanks for showing us around the farm! Cheers to romanticizing and cherishing every moment we can all be together. ♥️
