welcome to golazo goods 🫡. this is my shop where i resell kits, vintage soccer tees, and more it all started with a trip to amsterdam and randomly meeting dino (@dab_jpg) at @kickoffvintage. every jersey they had for sale was heat! seeing them pursue their passion with friends was truly inspiring coming back home, my intent was solely to sell old kits i restored. now i’ve leaned heavy into vintage soccer tees and memorabilia as well (s/o @calcio90____tees). the intersection between vintage clothing and soccer has so much untapped potential to start selling, i had my first official pop-up with friends and family last month 😌. i wanted to give those close to me a sneak preview of what i’ve been working on and get feedback on where to go next s/o my partner veronica (@studiodeltoro) for creating the logo! and holding it down with bevs for the pop-up. my boy dax (@adxfoto) on pics as well 🙏 now feels like the opportunity to pursue my passion. i think luck is really just opportunity meeting preparation, and the timing feels right as far as what’s next? there will be more pop-ups in the future, with another one around the corner. stay tuned 😉 - claudio

Spent the week @penlandschool learning from @stephen_marchio, and it was awesome. We met at Penland way back, and I've been hoping to take a class from him since. Learned a bunch of new skills, met a lot of new friends, made this funny little dude. 🧡 Maybe I will never lose my keys again 😜

I sold this bowl before getting some more dynamic pictures (I had visions of oranges in the bowl, but then the oranges were moldy and I just couldn’t bring myself to do it), but it’s still one of my favorite things I’ve made recently. The reference image is from the 14c Swiss Codex Manesse— most of the women here are watching a joust (see the last slide, which Instagram kindly crops to make it impossible to see the full version), and the entire book is full of delightful, vividly colored images accompanying German poems. It also happens to be the cover of my current favorite reference book, Women in the Middle Ages from @abbevillepress. I bought the book in the Getty Museum gift shop to drown my sorrows after finding out there were no manuscripts on display (I am never letting this go!!) It’s a million times more pleasant to pull images from a physical book than squinting at a screen and I can’t wait to get through the whole thing to see what else is in there. I’m having an extremely hard time not dog-earring every page, but we persist! I have big plans to replicate the same image on a ginormous pitcher thrown by my friend @studiodeltoro, so stay tuned! #pottery #medieval #medievalart #illuminatedmanuscript
