@omedezin ‘s Woodrow Wilson home is officially on the market! Originally built in 1997 by architect Jeffrey Mills, the home has always been an incredible artwork at the interplay of brutalism and California ease. The structure of glass, concrete, and wood allows the building to feel at home within the forest.

Every aspect of the home was carefully thought through and chosen. It’s an incredibly special property, hidden within the city, humble in its materials but classically beautiful, and it deserves to be appreciated and well lived in.

Our Woodrow Wilson home is officially on the market!

Originally built in 1997 by architect Jeffrey Mills, the home has always been an incredible artwork at the interplay of brutalism and California ease. The structure of glass, concrete, and wood allows the building to feel at home within the forest.

Our goal was simply to enhance the most beautiful parts of its original structure while emphasizing its surroundings. As usual, we leaned on natural materials, incorporating over 75 slabs of marble throughout the home, with moments of gleam and glory through fixtures from @waterworks , special lighting from @lumens , and, as always, vintage pieces and works by special artists.

Every aspect of the home was carefully thought through and chosen. It’s an incredibly special property, hidden within the city, humble in its materials but classically beautiful, and it deserves to be appreciated and well lived in.
We are so happy to have been a part of its history and thankful for everyone involved.

Please reach out to our agents for more information on viewing the home in-person. @kulturalspaces @silkefernald @niqueknowshouses @acmexserhant

ON THE MARKET | Brentwood 🤍

We know this house intimately. We’ve been involved since day one.

Alongside designer Jordan Bakva, we took 1004 N Bundy and reimagined it with one goal: create a home that feels collected, considered, and like it has always belonged here.
Every decision was intentional; european white oak floors, limewashed walls, handmade zellige tile, vintage Italian lighting, reclaimed Spanish tile, a kitchen wrapped in honed Breccia Capraia marble with a La Cornue range, plus a full catering kitchen tucked behind a paneled door. Outside, mature landscaping surrounds a new pool, waterfall pond, multiple terraces, a guest house, and private gym. It feels tucked away from Los Angeles without actually leaving it.

Now we just need to find the human it was meant for. DM us for details or to schedule a private showing.

Hiding in plain sight.

We designed and built this mirrored structure at our Woodrow Wilson property to house a sauna and full bathroom. Inspired by Doug Aitken’s Mirage—a ranch-style home clad entirely in mirror that I visited in the desert in 2017—we wanted the structure to essentially disappear into the forest behind it, reflecting the landscape rather than interrupting it. The circular cutout acts as a portal, framing the view toward the pool while giving the structure our distinct architectural presence within the landscape.

Inside, the bathroom is enveloped in just two materials: kiwi-colored glass by @ziatile and Palladium Arte Granite stone. The saturated palette takes its cues from the brightly colored tree frogs found in nature—a vibrant, almost otherworldly experience that contrasts with the quiet disappearance of the exterior.

Powder Bathroom at Woodrow Wilson as a portal visible from the front entrance of the home. Once inside, the light and window create a warm cocoon that feels like another planet but within the same universe of the home.
