𝙆𝙉𝙊𝘾𝙆𝙊𝙐𝙏 𝙊𝙐𝙏𝘿𝙊𝙊𝙍 - 𝙇𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙇 𝙐𝙋 🎮 Almost 11 months ago, “LEVEL UP” started as an idea. A theme, the first stage concepts and a few early impressions of a world that, at that point, only existed on our screens. Last weekend, that world finally came to life in Sydney. From shaping the LEVEL UP theme and stage design, to directing and creating the visuals, the show audio and designing the moments that brought it all together. From the artist intros, Laser Ceremony and End Show to the drone looks above the mainstage and directing the show on site. We’ve put so much of ourselves into this project. Seeing every piece come together, feeling the response in Sydney and reading the reactions from around the world… that’s why we do this. Receiving so much love from around the world means more than we can put into a caption 🫶🏼 Thanks @eventshsu for your continued trust and the creative freedom you give us. A huge shoutout to the amazing team we’ve had the pleasure of working with once again. We’re incredibly proud of everyone who helped bring this world to life. LEVEL UP unlocked. Memories saved. 💾 __________ 📸 @katarinacvetko

It’s been just over a year since we started Blue Skies Publishing — and six months since we moved into our brand new offices in Laren. So here’s a little photo dump of our new home… ☀️ 1. My own office — with a bit of Broncos dedication, of course. 🧡💙 2. Two plug-and-play writing rooms: the Sunrise and the Sunset — open day and night for our writers and producers. 🎹 3. The flex hub — featuring the newest addition to our team, Merel. We love having (industry) friends over to spend the day with us. 🖥️ 4. Our DJ booth, with Esmay hyping the crowd during one of our Friday club nights. 🎧 5. Our arcade. Only thing missing is a branded Blue Skies air fryer. 🕹️ 6. The Cloud 9 hub, where our colleagues from the label side check in, while they spend the other days working from the Warner offices in Amsterdam. 💼 7. Our meeting room — now with a fresh glass wall. 📆 8. The main entrance, with our offices upstairs and the stairs leading down to our creative hubs. 🤗 9. Our very own Blue Skies elephant, created by Selwyn Senatori. 🐘

This was it. The end of an era. Thank you Willem @headhunterz and the entire team for all the great shows, fun and adventures. Proud to design, create and direct your final show last Saturday with all those fans, friends & family. We really went out with a bang! Enjoy your time in the studio and some day, you will return! 🧡 ⌙ Headhunterz • Up close and personal ⌐ 23 December 2023 ⌙ Headhunterz ⌐ Stage & show design, show audio, show direction

Quiet past few months… 🥱😂 - Touring across Europe with @imperatorzofficial including a crazy week with 5 shows, traveling to Croatia, Austria, Germany and closing off in the Netherlands. - Crossing off some of the biggest clubs in the world, including @bootshaus and @fabrikmadrid - Working on the future with @mischa.mp3 at @getstagent - Starting our own 360* Agency for hardstyle talent with @breakofdawnnl and @alan.mndl called @true___identity -Special mention: finally obtained my drivers license 😆 Seeing all the hard work we're pouring into these projects makes me realize that, in the end, it's all about doing what you love and doing what makes you happy. Investing a lot of time in developing myself and helping the people around me, motivates me to aim higher and dream bigger. Keep fighting. We've only just begun. ❤️‍🔥
