Yes, we could have created a perfect product shoot with AI. No studio, no setup, no 27 takes, but also no laughing in between. No “wait, what if we try this?” and no people actually creating something together.

But that is exactly what we would have missed.

The best part is not just the finished picture, product or art piece. It is everything that happens on the way. The ideas, the chaos in-between, the unpredictable and, of course, the people.

And yesss, we would choose that every time.

Still kind of surreal to see this come to life. 🤍

What started with a conversation with Annamaria from @bags.with.legs turned into something I’m really proud to be part of. #bag2back is finally here. a collaboration about women, solidarity and having each other’s backs.

I feel incredibly honoured to collaborate with someone who creates space for women with migration backgrounds to be seen, heard and supported.

Because we all carry something but we don’t have to carry it alone. Sometimes standing for something also means carrying it with you. 👜 #bag2back available online & in store.

„𝙒𝙤 𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙣 𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙛?“

Diesen Satz hat Melisa schon öfter gehört.
Er zeigt wie tief bestimmte Bilder von Führung noch immer in unseren Köpfen verankert sind.

Melisa ist CEO und leitet gemeinsam mit ihrem Bruder das Bauunternehmen mit vielen Mitarbeiter:innen. Sie ist ausgebildete Architektin, verfügt über enormes Fachwissen, plant komplexe Bauprojekte und trägt Verantwortung für ihr Team.

Ich habe viel Einblick in Melisa’s Arbeit erhalten, um zu verstehen, was sie auf ihren neuen Bildern sichtbar machen möchte.

𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙖 𝙬𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙪𝙛 𝙞𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙯𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣, 𝙙𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙝𝙧𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙜𝙡𝙚𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙯𝙚𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝙠ö𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙣.

🔹Eine Frau, die klare Entscheidungen trifft.
🔹Eine Unternehmerin, die Verantwortung übernimmt und gleichzeitig mit viel Empathie führt.
🔹Eine Führungskraft, die Menschen wichtig nimmt und sich nicht verstellen muss, um ernst genommen zu werden.

Gerade bei Frauen in Führungspositionen wird oft immer noch in Gegensätzen gedacht. Als müsste man entweder tough und durchsetzungsfähig oder empathisch sein.

Dabei ist genau diese Kombination von Klarheit und Menschlichkeit, Stärke und Empathie ein Zeichen von moderner Führung.

Was mich besonders gefreut hat:
Melisa war vor unserem Shooting noch nie wirklich für sich selbst vor der Kamera.

In unserem Brandingshooting haben wir voller Neugier experimentiert, voller Freude kreiert und Melisa hat so viele ihrer Facetten gezeigt.
