You see Hannah’s face right there, that’s what we want pure joy to see this chapter off and to embark on the best one yet. If you didn’t know, we’re upgrading baby 😊🫶🏽😍

The move is coming and we’ll be ready… ready for you all to carry the rigs up the road✌🏽 🤣💪🏽🙋🏽‍♀️🤣 It’s legit what we’ve been training you to do.

Anyone else dreaming of warm summer days. In the Med it’s all about combining durability with design—weather-resistant materials and chic cushions make your garden feel as inviting as your living room. Whether you're dining alfresco or lounging in the sun, outdoor furniture sets the tone for effortless, laid-back luxury. 📸 St Tropez

At the The Teddington townhouse we created a perfect blend of classic charm and modern elegance, here wallpaper plays a key role in creating that distinctive character. Whether it’s a subtle floral print, a geometric design, or a bold statement piece, wallpaper can totally transform a space

Creating distinct zones within a single room is a brilliant way to maximise functionality without compromising on style. By carefully curating a sitting area for relaxation and a dedicated work space for productivity like we have done here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Use rugs, lighting or furniture placement to clearly define each zone while maintaining an open, cohesive feel.

The final details..
Fringe can add that perfect touch of playfulness and texture to a cushion. It’s the little fringe detail here that transformed a simple cushion into a statement piece.

Galentine’s Strength🙆🏽‍♀️🫶🏽✨

In a space where strength and laughter never shy

Each rep, each cheer a sisterhood built with power, love and care❤️

We celebrate YOUUUUUUU
your courage, your strength, your individuality - because that’s the beauty of us all😍 no 2 the same

Together we rise, no limit, no fear,
With every squat, deadlift and chin up we cheer 😁📣

In our studio on Voltaire Road, we all stand side by side. Lifting not just weights, but spirits too,
We raise each other up *cue westlife*, AS STRONG WOMEN DO🙆🏽‍♀️🫶🏽❤️

So here’s to the friendships that grow each day,
To the strength and the joy we find when in our programme flow ❤️✨

Happy Galentine’s, let’s keep the weights heavy and our energy even heavier because we really do have the best crew going ❤️📣🙆🏽‍♀️📈🔥✨🫶🏽😍

The Timeless Atollo Lamp.

A true classic, the Atollo lamp never goes out of style. Designed in 1977 by Vico Magistretti for Oluce, this iconic piece with its minimalist form and striking presence, is the perfect blend of form and function. A style that endures, used here in our St Tropez Project.

Sometimes, a special single piece of art is all it takes to add that final touch of personality, creating a focal point that ties the whole room together. 📸

One of the most rewarding parts of designing a home is weaving in my clients' vintage or pre-existing items. Whether it's a treasured antique chair, a quirky family heirloom like this desk, or a piece of artwork with personal significance, these items bring so much character to the space,

Rather than discarding the old, I enjoy finding ways to incorporate these treasures into a fresh design, giving them new life and ensuring they continue to be part of the story of the home. It’s about creating a space that feels both personal and timeless—where the old and new coexist in perfect harmony. 📸 @lukewhitephotography

A gallery wall can be the perfect way to express your personality and creativity. Mixing textures, sizes, and styles creates a dynamic visual story that enhances any space. Don’t be afraid to play with different frames, colours and styles!

No January blues here❌

We’ve been staying intentional🧠 focusing on our form🏋🏽‍♀️, being kind to ourselves, tracking every little win and notch of progress and making sure we’re properly fuelled (no shreds here) 🍳🍫🍌🥯🌮🍜

It’s not about chasing the January shred; it’s about committing to ourselves and enjoying all of it. Showing ourselves that we are in this for the long run and it’s not a fad. Cuz you are not a fad. No blues just vibes 👌🏽🎊🫶🏽✨
