Save it for your next class obsessed with teaching upper body atm ! 💪🏼✨

Having the ball under the knee adds an extra stability challenge, engaging the core while combining balance, control and leg work for an even spicier burn. 🔥

Unilateral Legs in Straps Reformer flow working through Hip extension, spinal articulation, lumbopelvic control and shoulder girdle stabilization inspired by the amazing and knowledgeable @physio.utkudnyc ✨✌🏼

In his video and caption, Utku speaks about many things but also on the topic of mobility and stability. They aren’t opposites, but rather complement each other harmoniously. 👏🏼

I’m nowhere near perfect in this video. Definitely need to work on a few things like being more active with my arms pressing more energetically into the carriage. But it’s all about learning, growing, staying curious and being inspired constantly 😁

✨A reminder for any woman who has ever had other women talk about her, question her, or try to make her feel like she’s not good enough.

Don’t let someone else’s opinion of you become your opinion of yourself.

People will always have something to say about how you teach, how you move, your style, your success, your choices. Let them.

You know how hard you’ve worked. You know what you bring to the room. You know who you are.

Keep going. Keep growing. Keep being you. 💪🏼

Because people with genuine hearts don’t need to tear another woman down to feel better about themselves.

Let them talk. You’ve got bigger things to do. 💕
