Working my way through Leicester’s selection of pilates Studios 🤭 This time i signed up for 3 classes in @studiopltuk and i can say that i had so much fun. Intense but defo rewarding! 🫡💕 If you want to feel as though you’ve done a proper workout, i would choose This place. It also had a warm and welcoming environment and they offer classes all week 🗓️ I can’t make it for 6am but it’s a good option for those that work Monday- Friday 9-5🙈 #pilates #leicester #trending #fyp #trend

Sharing some of the lovely testimonials I’ve received from my clients 🤍

My aim before anything else is always to make my clients feel as comfortable, welcome and confident as possible.

Sometimes we can step into new spaces and feel a little nervous or anxious, and I always aim to ensure that this is a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, no matter the class!

No pressure, no judgement — just Pilates, good vibes and some shakes haha! 🤍
