With @harrymoppett we helped film the French story of @restaurant.erre in Episode 5, following Chef Clément Vergeat and Cheffe pâtissière Marine Mateos putting everything on the line to chase their first Michelin star.

Now streaming on Apple TV.

So much sweat, dedication, humanity, and drive.

Opening our doors, allowing ourselves to be seen as we truly are, and having these moments captured by such genuine, extraordinary professionals has been a gift. And now, one of the most emotional days of our lives is preserved forever.

I look back at our journey and see our strength, our determination, and our ingenuity. I am so proud of our team, of this place, and of the people who make it what it is.

@appletv @studioramsayglobal and everyone involved, thank you for this gift and for the unforgettable memories we made together.

Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars S2 is out on Apple TV today! 🌟

Working on this series has honestly been a dream come true, and it has been a privilege being able to tell the stories of the talented individuals who put their life and soul into what they do in their restaurants.

On this project, I learned how important it is to trust my editorial instinct and a massive thank you to my lovely colleagues who encouraged me to do so 💖

The first three episodes are out now for UK, Miami and Florida so give it a watch and stay tuned for more pics when the Nordics region is aired 🌟

The best business advice from @gordongram 👀

@adamramsaypeaty is one of the most decorated swimmers of all time, but as he’s moved into the business world he’s also had some pretty incredible people around him.

So when we sat down with Adam, we asked him the best piece of advice @gordongram has ever given him.

Gordon has actually liked a few of our posts before, so hopefully this one finds him too…

@gordongram we’d love to have you on Zeroo Degrees Spotlight next 🎥

Spotlight is where we sit down with people who’ve built incredible careers without following the traditional degree route, and take their stories into schools to show pupils what’s possible.
