Hi :) Feeling so infinitely grateful to @amdocfilmfest for showing and hosting me n’ my little animated film (with Brian Swimme and @_suespeaks 🤍) for the American Documentry and Animation Film Festival a few weeks ago in Palm Springs, CA. 🥰 So exciting to see it up on a big screen (first time!), talk about the universe, our connection with it and our beautiful world with fascinating people (astrophysicists, animators, and nature directors/producers/writers) on stage, meet new people and make new friends 🥰, see so many beautiful, touching and inspiring films every day, and even go on a hike every morning because the nature there is sooooooooo goooooood! ( I saw a roadrunner, a mountain lion, and a billion hummingbirds!). Thank you thank you thank you.❤️

Another amazing day at RiverRun, filled with unforgettable moments and great energy from start to finish.📽️

From packed screenings to the Spotlight party that kept the night alive, these experiences are what define the spirit of RiverRun. Thank you to our amazing filmmakers, community, and of course, our incredible sponsors.

We also want to give a special shout out to our wonderful host Amy Taylor North for providing our beautiful venue @mansiononmainwsnc for the Spotlight Party.

Haven’t been able to make it down to the festival yet? No need to worry, RiverRun is packed with more amazing films and events throughout the next 7 days until April 25th, and online from April 27 - May 3.

The Lonely Life of Lint is a gentle, beautifully crafted stop-motion tale set inside the dryer vent of a small laundromat.

A tiny lint creature lives alone in the dim, forgotten corners of the machine until one night it makes a discovery that changes everything. Suddenly aware of its own solitude, it sets out on a quiet, heartfelt quest for companionship.

Directed with care and imagination by Sarah Sklar, this film uses charming stop-motion animation to explore loneliness, curiosity and the simple courage it takes to seek connection.

Clint made some new friends!

It was such a treat to have God Dam screened twice in the Shorts for All Ages Programs at the Montclair Film Festival. I loved answering questions from the next generation of filmmakers with fellow stop-motion friends. Thank you for an amazing festival @montclairfilm ❤️

We hit the dance floor AND the Tiny Mic at Closing Night!

To bookend our Opening Night question, we asked guests what #SIFF2025 films reeled them in over the past 10 days (still had one more day of Fest!). Special thanks to @the_celluloid_correspondent, @madame_squish, and @antoniocdsmith for the lovely conversation 🍿💃📽️

This year's TAAFI was special. It was my first year as a volunteer (Partnerships Coordinator and MC), and it was an incredible celebration of animation and art. I'm leaving this year feeling inspired, excited, and hopeful. Thank you to all of our wonderful partners, sponsors, filmmakers, and of course my fellow staafi!
