Does this look painful?? 👀

This is a Carbon Facial (aka the Hollywood Facial) ✨

A thin layer of carbon is applied to the skin, where it helps absorb excess oil and collect debris from the surface of the skin. Then a laser is passed over the carbon which is the satisfying “zapping” you’re seeing. 👀

As the laser targets the carbon particles, they heat up and break apart, creating a gentle exfoliating effect and removing the carbon along with surface buildup and dead skin cells.

The heat from the laser can also stimulate collagen production over time, making this treatment great for improving the appearance of:

✦ Texture
✦ Enlarged pores
✦ Excess oil
✦ Dullness
✦ Uneven skin tone

The result? Smoother, softer, brighter, glowy skin with little to no downtime!

And despite how dramatic it looks… it’s much more comfortable than you’d think. 😉

@venushouseslc we offer a range of facials from Microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, to now the CARBON facial!

✨CARBON PEEL FACIALS✨

The most satisfying facial, let me tell you all about it! 👇🏼

A carbon peel facial, also known as a Hollywood peel facial, is a specialized laser facial with virtually ZERO downtime.

How it works? We apply a liquid carbon mask to absorb dirt and oil, the laser hits the carbon and causes a tiny, controlled blast that vaporizes the carbon. This instantly lifts away all the trapped dirt and oils and exfoliates the top layer of skin. The gentle heat from the laser also goes deep into the skin, the thermal energy stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which firms the skin and reduces fine lines over time.

Key benefits:

• Deeply cleanses, unclogs & minimizes pores
• Reduces oil production and acne causing bacteria
• Collagen Stimulation, gentle heat promotes collagen and elastin production over time softening fine lines

The best part? Virtually painless and very minimal downtime. Best results seen after multiple sessions which you can do every 30 days!
