Come sweat with me! 🔥🧘‍♀️

I was invited to try a Hot Pilates class at Studio Zo in Lorton, VA, and of course I had to bring a friend along!

The studio was so cute, clean, and welcoming! They provide mats, so all you need to bring is a mat towel and be ready to SWEAT. 💦

Such a fun workout, and we were definitely feeling it the next day! Thank you, Studio Zo, for having us! 🩷

If it makes you healthier and happier, it’s an investment — not an expense. 🤍

Invest in the movement. The strength. The confidence. The time that’s completely yours.

POV: your OM convinces you to do heated Pilates together… and somehow you’re all still friends after. 😂🔥🧘‍♀️

We had the BEST time sweating it out at Studio ZO Pilates today! 🤍

A huge thank you to @studiozopilates for treating us to such a fun class and welcoming our team with open arms. We loved moving our bodies, laughing way too much, and spending some time together🫶🏼✨

10/10 would sweat together again and recommend @studiozopilates 😂💦

Outside the office, still all in for each other. Our Tysons team stopped by Studio Zo in Lorton to support Business Development Manager Zoya Burgess and her new Pilates studio. So proud of you, Zoya! 🎉💪🏻

Saturday morning, I decided to book a Pilates class at 9:15 AM for an hour, then headed out to grab a new pumpkin drink from a small local business in Woodbridge, Virginia. 🎃☕️ @studiozopilates @cafefloress

Stay tuned for my review of the coffee! 👀✨#MorningInMyLife #PilatesGirl #MorningRoutine #SupportSmallBusinesses #fyp
