read here …

the motivation should be created by ourselves for ourselves!
I think our lives will be easier if we have this mindset 🫂

as a youngster and a social media creator, I find we are more and more dependent on internet, especially social media platforms than before.

as a result, we cannot avoid seeing other people achievements, successes. BUT, instead of questioning a bit unnecessarily that “why am I not like them?”, we should ask ourselves “what are things we should focus on our lives to be successful?” ☺️

after all, people stories are just stories, not us and not our lives. So, ignore them!
We should be inspired by their stories/success, should not use for motivating

~ thanks for watching the video, see you next videos 🥰

✨ Recap 2023 (before Tet holiday version 🧧)

“Experience” is the exact word to describe my 2023 ☺️.

I was so confused about my goals in the first months of the year, so almost everything in my life was going over ineffectively. And … after all, I realized that the main factor for what it is happening is MYSELF (If I have belief and preparation for it, it'll be good and on the contrast). So, this mindset pushed me up again 🫂.

Also, I have been more and more introverted than before in positive side. So, I started to stop keeping in touch with toxic guys, and spend much time for myself, I’m happier ☺️

📝 And to talk about the achievements, I’ll say “I have had focused on my tasks/goals well”, this is my achievement ☺️. I had had remote job, continued creating contents, being a second-year and third-year student (I’m happy when my study was reorganized effectively). And … I also realized that the important thing for life is maintaining what is going well, not finding out any unexpected goal.

✨ my favorite quote in this year by Vietnamese: “Không có ai thành công mà lười biếng cả” 🫶🏻.

#update a life of uni student 👩🏻‍💻

I had a challenging week, last week. sometimes my mind needs to relax but sometimes I also don’t know what I need to do to be better.

I had many exams, work tasks, and stuff things around my life, and as a result I was burned-out because I wanted to complete everything well.

But the important thing at the moment is that I’m better 😊. And having some results make me satisfied with, and I’m happy for that 🥹

🌱 Have a nice week ahead, and so do I 🫶🏻

What’s your plan in this week? 😍

how can I stay focus on my study/work? 📚👩🏻‍💻

1️⃣ using planner/bullet journal:
it helps me have a specific plan for what I wanna do, and you know, it’s very useful for me to have every planner every year

2️⃣ no using or limit to use disturbing tools/apps:
actually, it’s completely useful for me to stay focus on my study/work

3️⃣ listening to music while studying/working:
this tip is very fit for me because I’m very into listening to my favorite playlists

4️⃣ having short breaks (10,15,20m):
actually, I’m not interested in completing tasks for many hours because it makes me exhausted and feel bored with studying/working after that.

5️⃣ maintaining “working/studying everyday” :
I think it’s such a good habit because it also helps me get used to doing my tasks … I mean I won’t feel bored with working/studying, and always stay focus on it.

() I came back to my hometown for Tet holiday - Lunar New Year 🧧. I cannot have personal space to create many Reels, so I hope you like posts for tips like this 🥹🫶🏻, and of course I also hope these tips will effective and useful for guys to acquire.
