I want to share my mirror experience so far today. I was reflecting on last evening's conversation and how unpleasant it was for me to sit and listen to complaints about almost every aspect of life. I was able to make important decisions for myself today based how I want to value my personal space. I am under no obligation to subject myself to spending time with others that drain my personal energy. I choose to go forward on projects in my life by surrounding myself with others who contribute to my energy rather than deplete it. . . . . . . . . . . . .Then I received a phone call with someone adamant to share a negative story with me. :) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .I felt my soul joyously laughing at the opportunity presented to me precisely when I needed it most. . . . . . . . . .I began to feel irritated and immediately reminded myself that I am not this body nor this experience. . . . . . . . . .I had to end the conversation. I am proud of myself for speaking my truth with kindness and respect. . . . . . . . . . .Here is the mirror part . . . . . . . . . .I learned I need to be vigilant about what comes out of my mouth. Especially when I speak to myself. No one deserves for me to drain them of their energy because I'm in a dark place. When I go to a dark place I need to shut up because nothing constructive comes out of me. When other people ask me to spend time with them, I will be vigilant not to bring my negativity into the experience. I saw myself in the mirror as being stubborn, disrespectful, controlling, overbearing and oh so arrogant :) . . . . . . . . . . .This is where I can grow in my human experience for today . . . . . . . . .I'm grateful the mirror is crystal clear for me. Sending you an abundance of clarity, love and acceptance :)

You are an infinite expression of our Creator. All you do and say is our Creator expressing through you. When you love yourself first, you are loving our Creator first. Only from that space are you able to love in authenticity. By loving yourself first, your energy fills with love and all who come in contact with you will love you. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Try it TODAY. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .If you haven't loved yourself yet, STOP what you're doing and hug yourself. If you have pen and paper, write yourself a love letter. Say "I love myself". Fill yourself with love and then love all who come across your path. Give of yourself to Us (humanity) TODAY. Not tomorrow, or when it's convenient or when you have your shit together. Give of yourself today. Be your best and know you are an expression of Divine!!! Sending you an abundance of clarity, awareness and remembrance :) xoxo I love you.
