For a decade, I’ve had front row seats to one of the great fictional character arcs of our time. @jeffreydeanmorgan breaking good as negan smith has been a gut wrenching and hilarious rollercoaster of tomfoolery, skullduggery, and badassery. getting to contribute to the badassery has been surreal.

Thanks to @chris_place and @laurencohan for letting me back on this amazing ride. 🎢 🎅

PS… and watch out for @jimmisimpson & @aimeegarcia4realz - 10/10 would recommend

A great couple of weeks of community, connection, and recharge.

Life will always have its peaks and valleys. I’m learning that the goal isn’t to avoid either—it’s to have something that keeps me grounded through both.

PACES has served me well this month:

P — Be Present.
A — Have the courage to be Authentic to who you are in the present moment.
C — Stay grounded in Community.
E — Generate, share, and protect loving Energy.
S — Serve unconditionally.

From time with friends and people I love, to reconnecting with community and celebrating 40 years of Leadership DeKalb, these last couple weeks have been a reminder that recharging doesn’t always mean retreating.

Sometimes, we recharge through connection.

Grateful for the people, the laughter, the conversations, and the opportunity to keep showing up.

PACES. Peaks and valleys. Keep moving.

Hope you got your shittin pants on! @jeffreydeanmorgan
Please check out the @amcthewalkingdead Dead City tonight at 9pm on @amc_tv or stream it now on @amcplus
I want to thank my amazing team @modelclubinc and @kendall.cooper.casting for the opportunity.
@dzmayer you made me feel like a rockstar on set and that made the experience that much better.
@jimmisimpson is a cool mother effer and the rest of the cast couldn’t have been nicer to work with.
I was a stunt double for Jeff about 6 years ago. It was amazing to actually be in a scene with him and learn from one of the best to ever do it. Another big thanks to @chris_place for making sure @jcarnage.tdx didn’t really bite my arm off.
See you on the next one, Amigos.

Go see @supertroopers right meow!

Here’s the dildo - I had the honor and pleasure of donning Trooper Thorny’s mustache again to double the legend @jaychandrasekhar and had the joy of seeing it in the theater last night with a handful of my stunt family.

Here are some shots from the screening and some BTS from my time on location in MA!

Endless thanks to coordinators Robert Alonzo and Samuel Le, and special thanks to the @brokenlizard crew for having me back! They are absolutely the funniest and nicest guys!

Now, who wants a mustache ride?!🙏
