Our schedule and hearts are full 💕
This past week was full of football for both boys (Ryder hitting a record high 4 touchdowns in 1 game!), @miles_platt last cross country meet of the season, celebrating @stuplatt and I’s anniversary, and cousin time!

Proud of these boys for running hard in this heat and not giving up! Ryder made his new intermediate school’s cross-country team and was able to run before the middle school meet that @miles_platt was running in! Our schedule is wild with both of them doing football and cross-country, but we are in the good ole days and I’m LOVING it! Great job Platt boys🏃

THIS WEDNESDAY EVENING, TOMORROW- August 19th at 7:00 p.m. Please set your alarms, text your friends, make a point of getting family photos on your calendar this Fall. It really is important, you guys! We will have 10 dates available for afternoon/evening sessions, they will all be in an outdoor natural setting. 15 minutes is all these take!

I used to promise a certain amount of images, and then way over deliver. The truth is, every family is different so I can’t guarantee you a certain number…but you better believe if I have a great image of your family — you’re gonna get it. 🥰 I’m also offering mini albums this year- so look out for details on those. 👏

We would love to fill more schools, libraries, and homes with books with disability representation!

To Stuart on Father’s Day,
You will be the one.
When our boys grow up to become fathers, it is you they will use as their guiding light of what a father can be. They will remember how you supported them, walked through challenges by their side and how you talked to them in moments of heartbreak. Your advice, will be their inner voice. It’s your example they will use when they are in a relationship and how they will support their partner. They will make party popcorn on movie nights and pass down their favorite books that were once read to them by you. Your influence will be woven throughout.
When our daughter grows up, she will look for someone who shows her kindness and love the way you do. Her standards will be high, because you have taught her, her worth. She will seek a partner that will help carry the load. She will go on adventures and travel with her family, because you have taught her to importance of learning from others. Our girl is so lucky to be loved and raised by you.
In each stage and milestone, you are and will be there because of your influence. We are thankful for you today and every day! Happy Father’s Day!

Day 5 of our family road trip has led us to many cities and adventures so far, which we will share more of later, but for now we are saying goodbye to the beautiful city of Savannah! Off to our new location!
