“ICE IN ICE” — When @districtupdates approached us to create an installation for @rollingloud’s first edition in India, the brief was simple: “build something around Bombay and make it fun”. So we turned to our first collection, “Motifs of Mumbai” (which reimagines the streets of Bombay into pieces of jewelry). We transformed our most recognizable “motifs” into life-sized steel plates and froze them into custom ice blocks (alongside actual pieces from the collection). As the blocks melted over the course of the festival, people had a chance to dig through the installation and take whatever they found home. INSTALLATION FOR @rollingloudindia
