I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life.
And truth is, I’ll probably make more.

But here’s the difference now:
I refuse to keep making the same mistakes over and over again. Growth is about learning, not staying stuck.

Addiction is real. It doesn’t just affect your habits — it affects your mind, your relationships, your spirit. It can take everything if you let it. But you don’t have to fight it alone. If you’re struggling, I encourage you to reach out for help, talk to someone, or even come talk to me. Sometimes just opening up is the first step to breaking free.

And while we’re here — let’s talk about kindness. This world already has enough negativity, hate, and evil running around. Being nice costs nothing. Showing compassion can literally change someone’s day, or even their life. If you can’t bring kindness into the room, then sometimes the best thing you can do is simply say nothing at all.

We’re all human. We’re all flawed. But we all have the power to grow, to heal, and to spread something good in the middle of all the chaos.

Y’all that I forgot but I didn’t!!!! Lol so in this Vlog you see me do some yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ and hear some more affirmations that I do with my son. I’ve done this with him every rising since he began school. Life is hard so I wanted to teach him early how to start the day with a positive mindset & good intentions ✨✨I ran a bunch of errands and even did some writing for a new book I’ll be apart of soon.
