It’s not just about having employment contract, is it clear enough to let the tailor/staff know the consequences if they breach the contract?

Does it state the minimum time they have to work with you? Does your employment contract have a way you’ll retrieve your money incase of theft, ruined outfit, breach of contract and other misconduct from the staff?
