Dekko is just about gone now, Letters have peeled off the door, and we’re almost emptied out on all 3 levels. We’d like to thank so many of you from the hairdressing community who helped us by taking our furniture and recycling them, it’s nice to know that parts of Dekko still exists in other Bay Area salons. After 18 fantastic years of Dekko Salon, it’s time to close the doors and say Goodbye. After careful consideration , we feel we can no longer keep the salon afloat during these uncertain times.

We’d like to say a huge Thank You to ALL the wonderful staff over the years who have helped us owners, Jules, Jill and Jodi shape Dekko to what it is. Without each and every one of you we would not have had such a successful run.

We have some creative, hard working staff (tagged) who will be out there looking for work (when we can finally get back to it) so if you’re looking for staff, please consider giving these great stylists a new home.

Clients- please continue to reach out to the individual staff through their emails, found on dekkosalon.com and we will see you in the future when it is safe to return to normal work life. We thank you for your support throughout these years, we love you all!

We may be really sad and shedding buckets of tears now but we must see the positive side and look forward to throwing ourselves into the beauty of the unknown. This will only make us stronger.

Open, Closed, Paused, Delayed, Indoors, Outdoors, Permits needed, No permits needed!!
Is anyone else as confused as we are ?🌀🌀🌀
A recent update allowed (although changing recently)salons to take their services outdoors but this is not an option for the location of Dekko.
At this point it would be best to contact your stylist to keep up with all the constant changes and options.

We are seriously missing our wonderful salon and all of our clients. Dekko continues to be TEMPORARILY closed until May 5th, in order to slow the potential spread of COVID-19. We really look forward to seeing everyone again. Ohh, the hair that will need to be cut!
