I know, I know… switching off isn’t always easy. TRUST ME, I get it.

I’ve spent the last 7 years hustling, hustling and then hustling some more. And honestly? I wouldn’t change it for the world.

But one thing I’ve learnt is that sometimes the best ideas, the biggest opportunities and the most growth come when you actually give yourself a moment to BREATHE.

When you’re constantly switched on, your mind gets so caught up in everything you’re doing that sometimes you forget to give yourself space to think clearly and be creative.

And NO, I’m not saying you need to fucking fly to Florida to switch off 😂 I’m already in America, so I’m making the most of it!

For me, back home, it can be as simple as a beach day, dinner with loved ones or spending an entire day in bed watching movies and doing absolutely NOTHING.

Do I do it often? Absolutely not 😂

But have I realised how important these moments are every few months? 100%.

Because when I give myself that space, I come back with more energy, fresh ideas and a clearer mind to keep building everything I’m working towards.

And that’s what allows me to keep pushing, growing and doing what I absolutely LOVE.

So here’s your reminder: you don’t always have to be doing MORE to move forward. Sometimes you just need a moment to yourself. ❤️

Anyone else struggle with switching off? Because FUCK, it’s a skill in itself 😂
