To be clear - our sim track is faster than the actual course 😂 - but - this is as fast as I’ve ever run on our course. Absolutely stoked with how the training block has gone. 10 more days before ✈️ to 🎲 👩🏼‍🐰‍👩🏽 in 🇺🇸 @firefighterchallenge @styxmillfire @gloves.technologies @lakelandfireandsafety @pacific_helmets #olddognewspeed @teamnz_firefighterchallenge

The cover model @maytimber needs no introduction-except to say thank you for your constant inspiration.

Jodi Reymer @40s.fan ( another inspiring athlete, firefighter, dairy farmer, all round beautiful human) and I are featured in the latest HAIX HEROES WORLD magazine in Germany, celebrating New Zealand firefighters competing in fire sports.

Firefighter Challenge is a growing sport that has yet to be officially recognised in New Zealand.
It’s a sport I chose to compete in to build my fitness and confidence for the job.

Meeting so many incredible, like-minded people from around the world has made the experience even more rewarding.

I’m also incredibly grateful for the sponsorship support from @haixdeutschland @haix.global . Race gear is not always easily accessible to us, and their support has helped make competing possible.
