Special thanks to Su Barber, for being a partner in crime and designing this book with subtle style and grace, to Miles Bellamy for writing the intro with his unique and insightful take on things, and Jayne Parker for stepping in and replacing my amateur photography with beautifully perfect images. This is the start of the Bethlehem series named after the steel mill on my home town Buffalo, the book is still in prototype and still a bit of a dream, but it holds a collection I care a lot about.
