10 miles easy (I was swearing when Jo took me up a large hill after cross country yesterday 🤣😭) got it done and in the sun ☀️

We’ve been running with each other on and off for years now. Always a pleasure @jo.vickers.96 ❤️

How are you all? What have you got on today? Running a marathon?

Lovely to see you @sub.three.dads 💪

10 miles done early ✅
The road to an autumn marathon and championship London marathon place is on. Can I do it ? My legs were VERY tired this morning after track 🤯😫

Race day energy was UNREAL at the Brighton Marathon 2026‼️
🌊🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

From the first steps on Preston Park to the iconic Hove Lawns seafront finish, this city showed up.

Huge congrats to our champions:
🥇 First Male winner - @runningwithcook
🥇 First Female winner - Amy Harris

To every runner, volunteer, and supporter who lined the streets you made this magic happen. Same time next year? 😉
