Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a very technical and demanding sport, and it is difficult to succeed in BJJ without the support of a team.

One of the most important aspects of BJJ teamwork is training together. When you train with other people, you can learn from each other, challenge each other, and help each other improve. You can also develop a sense of camaraderie and support with your teammates.

Another important aspect of BJJ teamwork is competition. When you compete in BJJ, you are not just representing yourself, but also your team. Your teammates will be there to cheer you on and support you, both during and after your matches.

Here are some specific examples of teamwork in BJJ:

🥋 Drilling: When you drill a technique with a partner, you are both helping each other to learn and improve.
