The past. The present. The future. The 500 Block. ❤️

Every storefront has a story, and every person has played a part in making this block what it is today.

We’re more than neighboring businesses. We’re a community built on history, friendship, and a shared love for Downtown West Palm Beach.

Here’s to those who came before us, those beside us, and those still to come.

We Are The People. ❤️

The 500 Block has changed over the years, but one thing has always remained, the PEOPLE.

Generations of dreamers, business owners, and hardworking locals have helped shape this historic stretch of Clematis Street into what it is today.

Every storefront has a story. Every business brings something different. And together, we keep the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach alive.

A special shoutout to the neighbors who continue making the 500 Block what it is today:

WE ARE THE PEOPLE. The past built us. The future belongs to all of us.
Clematis Street has seen generations of change. Businesses have come and gone, buildings have transformed, and the neighborhood has continued to evolve. But one thing has always remained—the people behind it.
Every chapter of this street's history was shaped by someone's hard work, sacrifice, determination, and belief in what this community could become.
We wouldn't be here today without the people who came before us. And what happens next depends on all of us.
We Are the People is more than a clip. It's a tribute to the past, a celebration of the present, and a reminder that the future of Clematis is ours to build together.
Watch the short film. Watch the 500 Block. Be part of what comes next.
