Last call my friends!! ☺️ …If you’ve been considering attending, trust that there is a reason for that… This will be a meaningful time to tune back into your own essence, to give yourself the nurturing you crave, and to create clear intentions on what you wish to manifest in 2023. One thing I have learned is that we cannot by-pass giving back to ourselves when working to draw in blessings and new, abundant opportunities into our life. We co-create by grounding into our own power and loving & nurturing ourselves deeply. ✨🙏💗 Are you due for some rich self-care? Will you answer the call? The certified holistic practitioners and I are excited and honored to serve all those who choose to attend this Saturday. 🙏 This is a unique experience you won’t want to miss! 💫 Tickets & Info: www.thehealwheel.org @pycoshawa #durhamregionwellness #durhamregion #holisitchealing #holisticwellness #acupuncture #reflexology #soundhealingtherapy #craniosacraltherapy #reiki

Here’s a story for you… (It’s my story, but it’s actually about YOU… every one of us.) Of how when belief and a vision 💡is paired with action 🏇 … ANYTHING is possible. THIS is the story of how The Heal Wheel (a fast growing, monthly holistic retreat) came to be… and what happens when we follow our impulses. ☺️🌈☄️ During the summer of this year, 2022, I was feeling pulled in different directions, unsure of where I was to put my full energy and focus. With a background in various holistic arts, I knew I wanted to impact others through serving others in a meaningful way, but via which path? So I put a call out to my guides, Spirit, my Higher Self to show me clearly… Literally, one day while doing dishes, the ENTIRE concept dropped in like a download. 💻 The file was fully uploaded within seconds. I stopped in awe. My first thought was, this HAS to have been done before… has it? Nope. It hasn’t. 😳 I can’t explain the level of fire and excitement that lit within me to birth this idea forth. 4 months later we launched. 🚀 Not only is The Heal Wheel a place where people can recalibrate, connect with their own energy, discover new healing modalities and find deep restoration. It also helps to promote and support our local Holistic Practitioners! (Something I’m very passionate about.) My passion now only builds with the preparation of each monthly Heal Wheel… 🥰 I know I am living my purpose, and serving others. 💖 Do you ever receive ‘downloads’? Creative ideas that excite you? Do you believe they’re possible?! I promise if you put the action and belief behind them you will bear fruit!🙏💫 Next Heal Wheel: Jan. 21st! Tickets & Info: www.thehealwheel.org We would love to serve YOU and have you experience the magic with us!✨ #holistic #holistichealing #meditation #reflexology #soundbath #reikihealing #acupuncture #thaimassage #craniosacraltherapy #holisticfacial #relaxation #durhamregion #durhamhealthandwellness

Have you ever heard of Craniosacral Therapy?! ✨💆🏼‍♀️ I’ll be completely honest, as a lover of anything ‘holistic’, this is one modality I have never tried!! But will soon! 😃 Craniosacral is a very gentle and effective hands on treatment that focuses on finding and resolving tissue restrictions within the Cranial-Sacral system. Practitioners work with very light pressure and gentle movements to create an overall change in the body and nervous system. It is very helpful in managing various symptoms and helping to alleviate pain, stress and tension. 🌟 It’s also going to be a new modality introduced to The Heal Wheel in January!! (One of 6 blissful treatments we’ll be offering as part of the deeply restorative 4-hour candlelit journey you’ll take. ;)) 🤔 So tell me, have YOU ever had a Craniosacral treatment?! Or like me, been curious to try it?!! Let me know in the comments! I’d love to know!! Next Heal Wheel: January, 21st www.thehealwheel.org ##holistic #holistichealing #craniosacraltherapy #thehealwheel #healing #restoration #trysomethingnew

When is the last time you sat in stillness and tuned into your own frequency? Tuned into your breath? Your essence? THE HEAL WHEEL: A HOLISTIC DAY RETREAT is much more than receiving 6 blissful holistic treatments, at the core it is connecting with oneself. Honouring oneself. Relishing in a much needed 4-hour pause from the hustle and bustle of your daily life (and this Christmas season). The pictures below were taken during our opening circle where we used gentle kundalini breathwork exercises to connect to each of our energy centres (chakras), to ready ourselves fully to receive the 2.5 hours of treatments that awaited us. What does honouring yourself look like? What does your self-care practice look like? If a deep-dive into connection with self, embracing full relaxation and restoring your life force energy through various holistic modalities calls to you, I invite you to click the link below to see what The Heal Wheel has to offer you! *Modalities offered by Certified and reputable practitioners include: Reflexology, Reiki Energy Healing, gentle Acupuncture for relaxation, Cranial Sacral Massage, Sound Bath, and a Gua Sha Holistic Facial! Next Heal Wheel: January 21st, 2023 Location: Power Yoga Canada Oshawa Two Time Slots: 1:00pm - 5:00pm & 6:00pm - 10:00pm ***TICKETS ARE MORE THAN HALF SOLD OUT, WITH TWO SPOTS REMAINING FOR THE DAYTIME SLOT!
