POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last month, we ventured into the depths of XLR in the beating heart of Withington for an afterparty like no other. Sheltering from torrential rain and celebrating a day of togetherness and pride across the South Manchester queer community, four of our favourite DJs jumped into the booth and blew the roof off the basement. Full videos coming soon.

Come rain or shine, Withington Pride always brings the energy. We teamed up once again with the Sublime crew to take over Egerton Crescent for a street party like no other. Gazebos and umbrellas played their part as the heavens opened, while sweet music poured from Big Tone’s weighty system to the beautiful crowds that gathered. Full sets will be available to watch back on YouTube from 6 pm.

@mvd.djj, queen of booty music, will be dropping some dirty club heat with zero apologies - fast kicks, filthy edits and booty shaking bass. Spinning everything from ghettotech to electro up to 160, MALVADONA turns every set into a full-body workout. If you’re not shaking some serious ass WYD?

@war.r.en consistently delivers pulsating beats that will make your body move to the heavy bass with excitement. His performances are filled with energetic rhythms, powerful remixes, and infectious joy! When Tadiwa takes control of the decks, expect to see sweat glistening on the dance floor. Brace yourself for unparalleled electrifying energy!

@wor_lass is a vibrant North East born, Manchester based DJ/MC and mother of Northern Nasties. She’s returning to Withington for a dynamic Pride set, injected with unmistakable 2000s North East style, fusing Makina and MC with genres including Bassline/140, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Bounce and Donk.

@_reece_a returning for his 2nd Withy Pride this year. As a part of Sublime represented in east London, his sets take you on a journey through mechanical funk, acidic grooves, and warehouse rhythms. Expect broken beats, warped synths, and dancefloor heat.
