My first ever So Many Pages order ✨

I’d been seeing @somanypages boxes pop up everywhere lately, so naturally… I had to investigate. 😂

But because I wasn’t quite ready to commit to a subscription, I went for two older boxes from their website instead: one from March and one from November.
They included These Shattered Spires by @cassidyellissalter and De val van de Ekster by @auteur_s.christina

And here’s the plot twist I genuinely didn’t expect:

I mostly read in English… but I think I might have fallen a little bit in love with the Dutch book. 🥹🇳🇱

There’s something about discovering a beautiful Dutch edition and getting excited about reading in your own language again that I clearly forgot I was missing.

So now I’m sitting here wondering…

Should I choose a Dutch So Many Pages subscription and let myself rediscover Dutch books?
Because apparently I went looking for a book box and came home with a minor reading identity crisis. 😂

🪶 SMP November - Fatale Geheimen 🪶

(Whose body would you like to wake up in? And what would be the first thing you'd want to do?)

“September 1st, 1989… Dear Diary” 💙

Sherwood Theatre Presents
HEATHERS THE MUSICAL

December 5th - 14th, 2024
PAL Studio Theatre, 581 Cardero Street, Vancouver

Book, Music, and Lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy
Based on the film written by Daniel Waters

Heathers: The Musical was originally directed Off-Broadway by Andy Fickman and choreographed by Marguerite Derricks.

“Welcome to Westerberg High, where popularity is a matter of life and death, and Veronica Sawyer is just another nobody dreaming of a better day. But when she’s unexpectedly taken under the wings of the three beautiful and impossibly cruel Heathers, her dreams of popularity finally start to come true. That is until J.D. turns up, the mysterious teen rebel who teaches her that it might kill to be a nobody, but it is murder being a somebody…

Wickedly funny and with dazzling book, music and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and Laurence O’Keefe, HEATHERS THE MUSICAL is based on the 1989 cult hit, that starred Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. This is one class production you can’t afford to skip.”
