The process will take as long as it takes.
& the results will be what they are.
That part is not always entirely up to you.

But one thing is certain..

You will never reach the end goal without simply doing the work.

Today overall felt pretty decent. Rusty in some areas, snooty in others, and as always found some new things to improve on. I took a more intentional approach in some areas that seemed to work out.

Looking to up my training & number of matches I hit each month to make this M class bump soon.

STAYING READY ISN'T ABOUT ONE HARD DAY. IT'S ABOUT SHOWING UP THE NEXT DAY TOO. 🔥

Patriot Games prep doesn't care how you feel.
Rucks. Sandbags. Strength work. Mat time. Day after day after day.

The training is only half the battle...recovery is the other half.

That's where @bioproteintech comes in for me.

It's a drug-free growth factor and peptide formula... 15+ bioidentical growth factors, peptides, and amino acids your body already knows how to use. No needles. No synthetic hormones. No shutting your own system down.

My morning routine is simple: one vial under the tongue, hold 90 seconds, then go train. It supports muscle, metabolism, energy, and drive... the stuff that actually decides whether yesterday's beatdown carries into today's work or not.

@thepatriot_games is coming at the end of January. I don't get to show up tired, sore, and hoping for the best.

I show up READY. Because the work between the workouts is what makes the difference when it counts.

Train hard. Recover harder. Repeat.

What's your non-negotiable recovery habit? Drop it below 👇

WIN the day. ALWAYS FORWARD. 🇺🇸

Quick Friday night session. Still working on this scoop draw out of the @bladetechholsters Valor Level 2.

Unfortunately couldn’t make it out to Area 4 but I still get to hit a local tomorrow. 😎

[Mc Pick Six] // Random drop from the favorites folder. Past few months of adventures. Gotta start emptying the photo albums cause I got this absurd tendency to just let stuff rot in there
